You are not alone!

It seems my chlorinator has stopped working, what should I do?

Oh No! Firstly, make sure that you are keeping chlorine up to your pool or it will turn green. You can do this with either liquid or powdered chlorine. You can get it from your local pool shop or we can get it delivered to you. Next, give us a call and we can discuss options with you to either get it fixed or replace it.

My pump isn't working what should I do?

We are sorry to hear this and are here to help. What ever you do, don’t let this linger… your Pool will turn green and it is very costly to get it back to blue. Please contact us to discuss a pump repair or replacement.

We only use premium equipment.

We use the Waterlink SpinTouch Tester to test the chemical balance in your pool.

The innovative WaterLink® Spin Touch™ photometer does all your pool  water testing. Each sealed reagent disk contains the precise amount of reagent needed to run a complete series of tests in just 30 or 60 seconds. The best part is there is no guessing! With precision we will know exactly what chemicals your pool needs.

What Chemicals do You Use?

Just like the top restaurants we only use the best of ‘ingredients’ to keep your pool healthy and safe. We have done extensive research to ensure we only supply you with the best. We use Focus chemicals which we think are the best on the market.

You wouldn’t add E10 to a Ferrari so why would you add hardware store bought chemicals to your pool?

Why are other Pool Companies so Cheap?

We genuinely care about your pool and we are committed to keeping it in the same standard we keep our own.  We know what it is like to have a pool because we have one ourselves (and kids that want to swim in it).

Many pool servicing companies couldn’t care less about you or your pool. To them, you are merely a number. “Get in and get out” and “time is money” is a lot of their mottos. Many also add substandard chemicals that they can buy cheaply but that doesn’t help to keep your pool in the best condition it can be.

We don’t work like that. We wouldn’t like sub standard chemicals added to our pool so we don’t do that to you. We also work on the basis of doing a perfect job not on the clock. Most pool companies will allocate 45mins to 1 hour for your pool clean. Of course this is possible but a lot of the time your pool will need some extra TLC. We provide that at no extra cost to you. If you have your pool regularly serviced by us (at least monthly) and it happens to take us 2 hours to clean your pool for what ever reason, we won’t charge you any extra. This is all part of our service to you.

How Often Should I have my Pool Serviced?

It is really up to you.

During the summer months we recommend you have your pools chemicals balanced at least once per fortnight. You could combine a gold/silver service with a bronze service each month over summer to keep everything running in tip top condition. Some pool owners love to have their pool ready to go all summer long and have a gold service booked in once a week.

Over the winter you can drop back your Pool Servicing to once every 6weeks to 2 months so long as your pool has been winterised correctly.
